 “Our Father in heaven”.  This is how Jesus begins what we call the Lord’s Prayer, a prayer  which Christians have called out to God over many centuries and across many cultures.   What is it about the Lord’s Prayer that answers the needs of all human hearts? What need does it answer in you? 

Could there be a better way to spend a day than seeking to understand the depths of this childlike yet profound prayer?!  On Feb. 18, 2012 at Liveword, we’ll open minds and hearts to the prayer that Jesus taught us to say.  Come prepared to listen, to learn, and to do some digging into Scripture as we widen our gaze to study this prayer, not out of context as is often done, but within its rich Bible setting.
