The Christianity Explored course gives us the framework to guide people when the Holy Spirit opens up their heart for His Word. St. John's has adopted this course as an introductory course to Christianity. We encourage each parishioner to take the Christianity Course at least once to experience it first hand so that you can teach it when God gives you the opportunity.
After you've taken this course, you can use the teaching material in different ways:
1) teach a small group as a 7-week scheduled course
2) use it as a one-to-one 7-week mentoring tool
3) use it as a half-hour evangelism session
It is the goal of St. John's to increase our evangelism effort by holding more and more regular Christianity Explored courses throughout the week. To do that, we need a lot of equipped teachers. Start now, sign up for the upcoming Christianity Explored course and see God at work!
