The St. John’s Women’s Ministry hosts a weekly event called Women@10 where small groups of women meet to study Scripture and grow in fellowship with one another. Kids@10 supports the young mother’s group by providing a program for preschool-age children that includes play, singing, a Bible story, and crafts.

Our Curriculum
At St. John’s Kids, we use God’s Big Story to teach kids God’s Word and to invite them into a life of joyfully following Jesus.
God’s Big Story invites children to enter into the narrative of God's abounding faithfulness and love as they learn and explore the big biblical story of creation, fall, redemption, and new creation.
At the center of this story is the incredible truth that God has come to rescue his children from their sin through his Son Jesus Christ.
Additional Resources
St. John’s Vancouver Recommended Children’s Books and Additional Resources
Below you will find a list of children’s books and resources, which have been compiled by several members of the St. John’s Vancouver Anglican Church family. We want to bring some lesser-known books to your attention, so many well-known and well-loved children’s classics are not included here.
The books and resources that are on this list have been included because these members of the St. John’s family have recognized their quality as well as their value in nurturing the spiritual and emotional life of children. Good books shape the minds, hearts, and imaginations so that they may know and love what is true, good, and beautiful (while bringing them joy and delight in the process!).
We hope that these books will bring much joy, love, and life to the children in your life as well.
