Making lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ
A community of 7–12th graders who love Jesus and love one another.
Programs
-
Youth in grades 7-12 begin worship with their families and then are dismissed to their own program as marked in the service sheet (about 20 minutes into the service).
Periodically, youth in grades 9-12 are invited to attend a special Youth Catechism Course after the 10 a.m. service. Catechism focuses on in-depth teaching on essentials of our faith including the Lord’s Prayer, the Ten Commandments, and the Apostles Creed. Confirmation or Baptism are encouraged following this course but are not required.
-
Youth in grades 7-12 attend the St. John’s Evening Service at 6:00 p.m., worshipping together at a contemporary Anglican service. Following the service, they get together, share snacks, debrief the service, and have a casual time of hanging out.
-
Every Friday night at 6:30-8:30 p.m.
On Friday evenings, we do a variety of things. We usually start with games and time of hanging out together. Some nights, we gather in small groups to look at the Bible together, and some nights, we stay in a large group for youth service with music.

For Parents
We believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children—we exist to support you! Alongside providing your student with a relational network of adult mentors and like-minded peers, we love helping parents think about their discipleship role through offering helpful resources and being available for pastoral support. Keep in touch with St. John’s through our weekly news email and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
