Director of Church Operations

St. John’s Vancouver Anglican Church is searching for a relational and motivated operations professional to join their team as Director of Church Operations. Working closely with the Rector and other senior leaders, the Director of Church Operations gives direction and oversight to financial processes, human resources and administrative systems. It is an ideal role for someone who brings integrity and clarity to complex organizations. This person reports to the Rector and supervises administrative staff.
