If you are new, or just looking for a bit more info, you have come to the right place!

OUR PROGRAMS

Sundays | Grades 7-12

Sunday at 10:00am, youth are welcome to join us for a Sunday program. They will begin worship with their families and then be dismissed to their own program after about 20 minutes.

Sunday at 7:00pm All youth in grades 7-12 are invited to join us on Sunday evenings. We will meet together after the 6pm Evening Service for games, food and friendship.

Friday Night Youth | Grades 7-12

Every Friday night at 6:30-8:30.

We do a variety of things on Friday evenings: we will usually start with games and time of hanging out together. Some nights we will then gather in small groups to look at the Bible together and some nights we will stay in a large group for youth service with music.

Youth Ministry Team

ABOUT THESE ROLES:

The mission of St. John's Youth ministry is to make lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. To make this mission a reality, we need that community to come along and serve the youth as disciplers, food makers, worship team leaders and a million other jobs all with the end in mind - discipleship. So take a look to see if any of the following roles jump off the page for you, or just contact Mark Ashworth.

Areas where we need help

  • Leading groups

  • Being part of the welcome team

  • Making food

  • Helping to coordinate retreats and events

  • Joining or leading a youth prayer team

Parents

ABOUT YOUR ROLES:

We believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children—we exist to support you! Alongside providing your student with a relational network of adult mentors and like-minded peers, we love helping parents think about their discipleship role through offering helpful resources and being available for pastoral support. Keep in touch with St. John’s through our weekly news email and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
